Manchester United Submit An Improved Bid For Jadon Sancho

There has been major progress in the pursuit of Jadon Sancho, as Manchester United have reportedly submitted an improved bid for the long-term target. 

According to various reports in Germany, United submitted the bid this morning and is considered to be seriously looked at by Borussia Dortmund.

This suggests that United may have finally met the asking price which the German club has been asking for in this window. The first bid which was rejected by Dortmund was valued at roughly €70million with the club seeking around €100million (£85million) for their prized asset.

The new and improved bid is reported to be in the region of £75million with reasonable and achievable add-ons to be added to the deal. Dortmund has reduced their asking price from last summer as part of a gentlemen’s agreement with the player.

As we all know the personal terms were never an issue between Manchester United and Jadon Sancho. All reports and news from the Sancho camp are that, unlike the previous summer, they expect a deal to go ahead and for the player to be playing in the red half of Manchester next season.
