Louis Van Gaal Reveals He Has Prostate Cancer

Former Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has revealed he has prostate cancer.

Louis revealed the news as part of an appearance on Dutch television where he was discussing a documentary about himself.

He has recently undergone 25 treatments and the cancer is said to be quite agressive.

Aside from The Red Devils, Van Gaal has managed Barcelona, Ajax and Bayern Munich in his career and is currently in the midst of his second spell as Netherlands National Team.

At Man United, the Dutchman won the FA Cup in 2016 and notably was sacked after that victory having failed to qualify for Top 4 that season.

Louis recently made comments advising potential Man United manager Erik Ten Hag to avoid the club due to it’s “commerical” commitments being viewed above on-pitch results.
