Sheikh Jassim’s 92 Foundation Officially Registered As UK Company

As of 15th June 2023, Sheikh Jassim’s Nine Two Foundation has been officially registered as a UK company according to Companies House.

The 92 foundation is the company behind Sheikh Jassim’s bid to buy 100% of Manchester United with that offer looking increasingly likely to beat Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s proposal.

However, trusted journalist Ben Jacobs has issued a statement suggesting that despite the date listed on the GOV.UK, the registration of this company was initiated.

Important to note, despite the excitement, that the paperwork for Nine Two UK Holdings Limited was sent to Companies House months ago. A lot of people getting excited about the date of incorporation (15 June). But this was initiated long before Qatar’s last two offers. pic.twitter.com/S1ckvUZizh

This has come hours after Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand published a video stating that the Qatar bid was imminent.
