Man United Transfer Update July 2021

New Information:-

Manchester United have been using the European Championships to scout players that have not previously been on the radar.  Scouts have been present in a number of games (Patrik Schick has been checked out).  Inter Milan is also trying to offload a number of their high wage earners, i.e. Marcelo Brozovic, could well be of interest to United for a cut price deal.  Nicolo Barella is now of interest.

 

The club are also scouting a number of players playing in the French league, looking at taking advantage of the current financial situation in France.

 

CDM Position Options This Summer (UPDATE)

Marcelo Brozovic – 28 – Could well be surplus to requirements at Inter Milan, they need to recoup £70m in lost revenue.  Top player.

Declan Rice – 22 – West Ham want to improve their own squad but they require funds, Rice could be sold but he is a Chelsea fan, they are current favourites to sign the player this summer.

Dennis Zakaria – 24 – Been linked with United before, great option, valued at £20m

Boubacar Kamara – 21 – Top talent, perfect fit for United, valued at £35m

Sander Berge – 23 – Underrated player, has a personal link to OGS, £18m

Utd main CB/RB targets this summer (UPDATE)

CB – Ben White – Brighton in advanced talks with Arsenal for a £50m transfer

CB – Pau Torres – United in talks with his representatives, heavily scouted, valued at £50m.

CB – Raphael Varane – Our No’1 target for CB, IF he is actually available, talks ongoing 5yr deal, valued at £47m.

CB – Nikola Milenkovic – Will be in the Premier League this season, West Ham in talks.

CB – Sven Botman – Now in talks with Atalanta, he is their 1^st choice CB.

RB – Kieran Trippier – Atletico starting to price this deal out, Utd in talks, interest cooled.

RB – Max Aarons – Heavily scouted but United don’t want to pay £30m.

Utd main RW targets this summer (UPDATE)

RW – Jadon Sancho – Signed for Manchester United pending medical.

Only If Pogba or DVB leaves then the below will come into play (UPDATE)

ACM – Jack Grealish – quality, great stats, open to a move to United, wants European football.

City starting to show real interest in Grealish sadly.

CM – Eduardo Camavinga – top player still a little raw, huge potential, Real Madrid and Bayern also interested.

Tomas Soucek – West Ham Utd – (valued at £30m), 25yr old, DM, great on set plays.

Kalvin Phillips – Leeds Utd – (valued at £25m), 25yr old CDM, underrated.

Dominic Calvert Lewin – Everton – (valued at £65m-80m), Everton might need to sell players soon, they are in debt to £250m, watch for 2022.

Harry Winks – Spurs – Had a poor season but he is admired by the coaching staff, £25m price tag.

Nicolo Barella – Inter Milan – 24yr old, United have spoken to this players representatives, £60m value, Liverpool showing interest too.

Real Madrid – Sergio Ramos – CB – 34 yrs old – (June 2021) certain to sign for PSG.

United contracted players to leave soon (Sold or Loan (UPDATE)

Jesse Lingard – Contract till June 2021, West Ham, Spurs. (Rumours of a new 3yr deal)

Diogo Dalot – Contract till June 2023, AC Milan, Real Madrid want him, Utd want £20m.

Andreas Pereira – Contract till June 2023, Napoli loan to buy option £20m.

Axel Tuanzebe – (loan only if we sign a CB this summer).

Tahith Chong – Contract till June 2022, very unlikely Utd will keep him beyond this date.

Phil Jones – Contract till June 2023, Newcastle/Blackburn/Derby County still interested.

Brandon Williams – Loan only, Southampton interested.
