Really gutted to have tested positive after a good pre season, luckily I feel fine and will follow the guidelines and be back with the boys on pitch very soon! Thank you for your support ❤️

He is now isolating in line with current UK government guidelines.
He missed the last pre-season game where United beat Everton 4-0 with goals from Greenwood, Maguire, Fernandes and Dalot.
Speaking before the Everton game, Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reacted to the news.
“You can take all the precautions and you might meet someone and something happens.
“Jesse’s done really well in pre-season but he’ll come back sharp. I don’t think it’s too bad.”
We all wish Jesse Lingard well at this time.
