Paul Pogba To Leave Manchester United
Manchester United today have announced the imminent departure of Paul Pogba.
Pogba,29, has only weeks left on his contract and is set to leave the club after his second spell. This will mark he second time the World Cup winner has left on a free transfer.
Manchester United re-signed Paul Pogba for a world record fee at the time after impressing at Juventus, which is where he is reported to be playing at next season.
Pogba’s second spell at United has been met with mixed reception at times. Whilst there were moments of brilliance, constant flirting with other clubs off the pitch clouded fans’ judgement of him.
The official club statement reads in part…
“Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Paul on his successful career and thank him for his contributions to Manchester United.
We wish him all the best for the next steps on a remarkable journey.”
