What’s The Latest With Christian Eriksen To United?

Man United have been pedestrian so far this transfer window but it looks like there is finally positive movement around the club.

Reports circulating today suggest that United have agreed deals with Dutch midfielder Frenkie De Jong and right-back Tyrell Malacia.

However, Christian Eriksen is a name that has been passed around the Man United community so what is the latest on the Danish international?

Eriksen returned to football following his cardiac arrest at Euro 2020 signing a six-month deal with fellow Premier League club Brentford.

Since then, he has set the league alight and was a major contributing factor into Brentford top tier survival.

With this being said, Christian is currently a free agent and has been looked at by a whole host of English clubs.

His two former clubs in Tottenham and Brentford are said to be hot on the prospect of bringing back the Dane but Man United have also shown interest in the player.

So where does that leave us now?

The decision is on Eriksen. It is as simple as that.

With Christian being a free agent, it won’t be a difficult deal to construct even for Man United.

So it all falls on the player and he is expected to make his decision within the coming days if not hours.
