United’s Interest In De Jong Intensifies.

According to reports circulating on social media, it may seem as if Manchester United are set to test the resolve of Barcelona in the pursuit of Frenkie De Jong.

Barcelona manager Xavi has reiterated his stance on the player but admitted that a deal could be done based on the “economic situation”.

It has emerged overnight, that Manchester United have made their offer to Barcelona but it will take convincing the player as he isn’t as keen perhaps.

Recognised source in Sam Pilger shed some light on the matter this morning.

If a deal for Frenkie De Jong can’t be completed it is believed United will look to pursue Ruben Neves.
