Manchester United Name 25-Man Europa League Squad

Manchester United have announced their 25-man squad for their upcoming Europa League campaign. 

Three goalkeepers have been announced with David De Gea, Tom Heaton and new signing Martin Dubravka all being named.

Diogo Dalot, Aaron Wan Bissaka, Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw are the four fullbacks announced with Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Axel Tuanzebe joining the list of defenders.

Only six midfielders have been announced in the squad with Scott Mctominay, Fred, Donny van de Beek, Bruno Fernandes and new signings Casemiro and Christian Eriksen all being chosen.

Despite his best efforts to play UCL football this season, Cristiano Ronaldo has been announced in the Europa League squad alongside Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Antony.

Youngsters Facundo Pellistri and Alejandro Garnacho complete the squad.

Notable emissions include Phil Jones and Brandon Williams.

The Red Devils starts their Europa League campaign at home to Real Sociedad on Thursday.
