Man United Look To Hijack Arsenal’s Gabriel Deal

According to recent reports from the Independent, Manchester United have engaged in advanced talks with the Brazilian centre back Gabriel Magallanes.

He is a promising young defender who is currently playing in France for Lille.

This news was alarming for many because Arsenal were reportedly said to have nearly finalised a deal with the defender. Nevertheless, it appears that Manchester united have seized Arsenal’s plans, as they seek to make Magalhaes a red devil.

This move is encouraging as the interest between Magalhaes and Manchester United seems to be mutual. This is because he is reportedly fascinated at the prospect for playing with the Red Devils. He is thought to be available for a rough estimate of around £20 -£30 million.

This signing could be a revelation for Manchester United, especially due to the tenuous and injury ridden spells the likes of Maguire, Lindelöf and Bailly have had recently.

Furthermore, Magalhaes is a left footed centre back, therefore his addition would mean we would be able to have diversity in our defensive line.

We hope the challenge of finalising two signings will not be an arduous challenge for the board, however the club is in dire need of at least four before the Premier League commences if we want any hope of making progress this season.
