Man United Draw West Ham In Carabao Cup Third Round
Manchester United have drawn West Ham United at Old Trafford in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The draw took place following Arsenal’s 6-0 hammering of Championship side West Brom and saw the European qualified clubs enter the competition.
Former Man United boss David Moyes is currently enjoying an impressive run as Hammers manager which saw them qualify for the Europa League last season.
West Ham currently sit top of the Premier League with 6 points after a 4-2 win over Newcastle and a 4-1 victory over Leicester.
Jesse Lingard spent last season on loan at the Olympic Stadium and rumours continue to link him with a permanent move back to the London club.
Solskjaer and his boys enjoyed three wins over the Hammers last season with one being a 1-0 victory in the FA Cup.
The last time West Ham beat Man United was on the 22nd September 2019 with the last time at Old Trafford being in May 2007.

Other notable draws include Wolves hosting Spurs which is being dubbed the “Nuno Derby”, Liverpool travelling to bottom of the Premier League Norwich and Champions of Europe Chelsea hosting Aston Villa.
