HERE WE GO!

Manchester United have agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund to sign Jadon Sancho, after years of negotiations.

The 21-year-old English winger will reportedly cost Man United £72.9m with no add ons. Agents’ fees and personal terms have also been agreed.

The medical is pending and will be made official upon completion, which is set to happen either during or immediately after England’s Euro 2020 campaign.

It is also confirmed that Jadon Sancho will wear the number 7 shirt with no word on what number our ex-number 7 Edinson Cavani will wear next season.

Dortmund’s asking price at the start of the window was around £85m which was £35 down on last summer’s £108m valuation.

Sancho was entering the final year of his contract and Dortmund didn’t want to risk losing Jadon on a free.

The Englishman started life in the Watford Academy before moving to Man City in 2015 before moving to Dortmund in 2017.

Sancho netted 8 goals and 12 assists in his last season with Dortmund which is under the numbers he was producing in previous seasons.

Man United are set to release their new shirt for the upcoming season tomorrow in perfect time for this announcement.
